We appreciate your interest in hosting your nail event at Broken Nail Boutique. You will find that our salon has a clean, relaxed atmosphere with enough space to mingle with your guests while having a snack or a drink. In additon, our talented manicurists are well trained, friendly and professional.

Allow us a minimum of 7 days notice to reserve your party. We will request a list of all guests and services requested. Feel free to contact us within 24 hours of the event with any changes.
Group reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. As a courtesy to our other guests and manicurists, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for groups of 3 or more and a 48 hour cancellation notice for groups of 5 or more or you will be charged 50% of the services being cancelled (cancellations can be made by contacting us at (708) 352-2440 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org). You will be reminded of this when you first book your party and you will once again be called 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm. Please note that skipped appointments will be charged 50% of the services booked using the credit card held to reserve your apppointment.
Promptness is greatly appreciated. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the event time. Arriving late will minimize your service time and you will still be responsible for the full service fee. Last minute guest add-ons or request for additional services may cause an inconvenience for the scheduled guests and we may not be able to accommodate the change request. (Please allow us at least 24 hours notice of any add-ons). Please note, if any of the agreed upon services will be reduced during the day of the appointment, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services reserved as we will not be able to recover those time slots. We apologize for the inconvenience of this policy as it negatively impacts our business.
Light snacks and drinks are welcomed. We can offer plates, glasses, and ice if needed. Whoever is responsible for the treats is asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to the event time for set up.
A 20% manicurist gratuity will be added for each service provided; anything additional will be greatly appreciated.
There will be a $25 clean up fee for groups of 10 or more.
We can acommodate comfortably 5-6 guests simultaneously, but can easily accommodate larger parties by taking guests in rotation. Guests can mingle during this period while the technicians are working in phases to make the entire experience comfortable and relaxing.
After the completion of services of all guests, you will have an additional hour to mingle and relax. Any additional time will be charged a salon fee of $50 per hour. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter as we take pride in the cleanliness of our salon and require an hour to two hours of clean up and preparation for the next business day.
Depending on the group size and services, venue time limitations will be applied
We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Because of this, we require that all cancellations be made 24-hours in advance. If you will be late, please contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. We understand that there are times that emergencies occur or special circumstances arise and as a courtesy to our staff and our other guests, we appreciate if you can contact us by phone if you cannot make your scheduled appointment within 24 hours. No-shows negatively impact our business and as such, chronic no-shows and multiple last-minute cancellations may result in payment of the full cost of your scheduled services & the loss of your ability to schedule future appointments without upfront payment. Customers with standing appointments that have missed or rescheduled 2 or more times within a calendar year will forfeit their standing appointments and may result in the loss of their ability to schedule future appointments.
If you are late for your appointment, we maybe unable to complete your full service. Your technician will accommodate you as best she can. We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow your technician plenty of time to provide the service. If we feel we are unable to complete the service within the time we have, we will need to reschedule you. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter as we are an extremely busy salon and late arrivals impact other guests.
Child Safety Policies
Although we love children and want to be around them, we ask that children be supervised at all times. For their safety and for insurance purposes, we cannot allow children to run around the salon and to disrupt the relaxation of our other guests. Most of our customers visit our salon to relieve their day to day stress & to relax and enjoy themselves in a tranquil environment. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
Facial/Waxing/Massage/Eyelash Extension Cancellation Policy
Due to the length of these services and the difficulty to re-book , we require a 4 hour notice to cancel your appointment. If you miss your appointment and we were not given prior notice, then we consider that a "no-show" which requires a 50% payment during your next visit & will require payment upfront to reserve your future appointment. Any new customer that has failed to show up for their first appointment or has cancelled the same day of appointment will lose their ability to book any future appointments.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, however this policy ensures the future success of our business and protects the livelihood of our employees.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Gift certificates are non transferable, non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Each gift certificate can be used at any of our salons. Service selection and prices may vary by location.
